GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

 

 

WHO ARE WE?
Besalux is a non-profitable organisation whose aim is to bring to the public artistic,  cultural and
historic values  through the world of photography.

 

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
We want to welcome you to Besalux, the 1st international fair of photographic material.
An opportunity for  anyone to acquire material related to the photographic world. An event supported by the Town Hall of Besalú, and Jay & Jay's (Antique and vintage).

 

DATE AND PLACE
The fair is on May 1st, and takes place in Besalú, medieval village in the province of Girona.

 

TIME TABLE
        FAIR: Open from 10am to 8 pm
        SET UP TIME FOR EXHIBITORS: 8 to 9.30 am
        SET DOWN TIME: after closing time

 

STALLS
The market will take place in the sports pavilion, Francesc Cambó, 4. There will be a Bar for refreshments. On the market day there will be a photographic exhibition at the Llaudes house located in the Prat de Sant Pere.

Under their responsibility, exhibitors may leave the material in the sports hall the day before the market.
The exhibitors will have at their disposition a  place to keep their equipment in the sports hall, which is under their own liability.
Equipment can be stored from April 30th between 6 pm and 8.30 pm.
Assembly time May 1st between 8 and 9.30 pm.

PRICE
Basic inscription: 50€,  includes a table (80x180cm), a table cloth and 2 chairs. This price includes lunch for two people and two accreditations. Extra table, 10 €.
Entry fee for visitors: 2€

PARKING
There's a parking  and unloading space close to the market made available for exhibitors.

 

PUBLICITY
Besalux will publicise the event through different media channels: specialised publications, written press statements, associated blogs, internet,
posters, flyers and web page.
