Besalux Association together with the support of Besalú Town Council, are organising a Second Hand International Photographic Equipment Market, which will take place on the 1st of May 2020. The market, which is open to everyone, gives an opportunity to acquire second hand equipment, and collectors items.

1. Registration starts from November 1st 2019 through to 15th April 2020 inclusive.

2. Only photographic material will be accepted.

3. Registration is 50 euros, which also includes lunch for 2 people.

4. Payment can be made via Bank tranfer contacting us or can be made by
    

5. Only fully completed registrations will be accepted. Besalux will send confirmation of participation via email.

6. We do not accept any payment past the registration date limit.

7. Once registrated, the number of tables booked, cannot be changed. Extra tables can be booked if the space allows.

8. Cancellation of participation will be accepted up until the given date above. In this case payment will be refunded, minus bank charges.

9. In case of cancellation of the Market, a refund will be given in full.

10. Due to limited space, registration will be taken by order of reception, and in the case of over subscription, the order of registration will be taken into account. Allocation of stands will be done by a raffle.

11. On the day, If space allows, potential exhibitors can be allocated a stall, once registration is completed and paid, and after the general set up is done.

12. Doors open at 8.am. Stallholders will be given 2 passes, and their stall number.

13. The market will be open to the public from 10 am to 8 pm at night. The exhibitor will have a car park very close to the event.

14. The exhibitors must comply with security norms, and the regulations set by the organisers. 

15. Displayed equipment is under the full responsibility of its owner. The organisation is not reponsible for any loss, damage or robbery.

16. The Organisers will not be involved in any transactions made.

17. Participation in the Market implies acceptation of the rules and regulations stipulated. The organisers have the right to decide over any eventualities.
